Seven focused programmes — hybrid training with in-person clinicals at our Phoenix City campus, or fully online study where noted.
Hands-on training in clinical skills, patient intake, vitals, injections, and exam-room procedures. Hybrid format blends online coursework with in-person clinicals.
Intensive six-day boot camp focused on blood collection, venipuncture, and specimen handling and transport. In-person clinicals at our Phoenix City campus.
Training in medication preparation, dispensing, pharmacy calculations, and pharmacy operations. Hybrid format with in-person clinicals.
Fully online programme covering medical billing, ICD-10 and CPT coding, claims processing, and insurance procedures. No in-person clinicals required.
Training in electrocardiography, heart-rhythm interpretation, and EKG equipment operation. Hybrid format with in-person clinicals at Phoenix City.
Front-office training in scheduling, patient records, medical correspondence, and healthcare administration. Hybrid format.
Online training in electronic health records systems, patient data management, and HIPAA-compliant documentation. Fully online.
Paying for school

Tuition ranges from $599 to $1,999 depending on the programme ($599 for Phlebotomy Boot Camp up to $1,999 for Clinical Medical Assistant and Medical Billing & Coding). A deposit of $250 to $350 is due at enrollment to reserve your seat — the deposit counts toward your total tuition. The remaining balance is outlined in your enrollment agreement.
A $50 non-refundable application fee applies to every programme. This fee is separate from your deposit and tuition and is not refunded once processed.
Monthly payment plans are available so you can spread tuition across your programme. Ask your admissions advisor about the monthly plan that fits your budget.
Where available, Klarna or Afterpay may let you split tuition into installments at checkout. Availability and approval depend on the provider — confirm current options with admissions.
Eligibility-based funding such as WIOA or MYCAA may be available to qualified applicants. Approval is not guaranteed and is verified during your admissions consultation. Ask admissions which programmes you may qualify for.
In-person clinicals and labs are held at our Phoenix City, Alabama campus. Fully online programmes (Medical Billing & Coding, Electronic Health Records) require no on-site attendance.
